We’re excited to introduce a great opportunity for you to step up your fitness game and embrace the beauty of movement. Introducing our STEPtember Walking Challenge – a 30-day journey dedicated to exploring the world around us, one step at a time.

What: STEPtember Walking/Step Challenge
Who: Open to both Torque Health & Fitness members AND the wider community
When: September 1st – 30th
Where: Anywhere you choose to walk!

This challenge is designed to get you outside, get your steps in, and most importantly, make you feel fantastic. Whether you’re strolling through your neighborhood, hiking a trail, or simply exploring new paths, every step counts towards a healthier you.
Here’s how it works:
- Register: Click the registration link above to secure your spot in the challenge.
- Move and Track: Throughout September, get moving and track your steps using your preferred device (phone, FitBit, Garmin, etc) We’ll be using an app that can connect to all devices or even offer manual entry for steps.
- Celebrate: There will be milestones to hit along the way (think 50,000 steps, 100,000 steps, etc) and we’ll be checking in at the end of each week to see everyone’s totals. Can you reach 300,000 steps in the month??
By participating, you’re not only investing in your well-being, but you’re also joining a community of like-minded individuals who are all on this journey together.
