that was not fun!
what are you talking about breezy – you didn’t like the burpee box jumps and pull-ups!?!?!?! totally kidding because it was a killer workout too.
round1: 4 full rounds, round 2: 3 + 5 burps, round 3: 3 + 1 burp, round4: 3 + 5 burps
