3 L Pull-ups
2 Front Squats
4 L Pull-ups
1 Front Squats
5 L Pull-ups
The Front Squat weight for the WOD will be 65-75% of your 1-rep-max Front Squat. If you cannot do L Pull-ups, do strict pull-ups with your knees bent up.
