Feeling Stuck? Here’s How to Reset Your Health Without Starting a Diet

We all have moments when we feel off-track. Maybe you’ve had a few too many takeout meals, sleep is inconsistent, and motivation is in the basement. The last thing you want is another extreme diet. But you’re still feeling stuck.

Here’s how to reset without the overwhelm:

1. Start with a 3-Day Reset Focus
For the next 3 days, focus on 3 things: – Protein with every meal – 80+ oz of water – Move your body for 20 minutes

That’s it. Do it for 3 days and watch your energy and momentum come back.

2. Clean Up Your Environment
Get the junk food off the counter. Put your water bottle front and center. Lay out your sneakers. Your environment should make the healthy choice the easy choice.

3. Strength Before Sweat
Start with movement that builds you up, not burns you out. A 30-minute beginner strength session will do more for your body long-term than a 90-minute cardio blast that leaves you drained.
