15 Alternating Jumping Lunges each leg

  1. weighted lunges got up to 175lb today. a big jump for me, but pushed it because I knew I wouldn’t be able to do the WOD prescribed. I did 10 rings rows + 10 push-ups instead of 5 muscle-ups. however I did do the 15 alternating lunges per leg! 9:39 was my time
