On the Minute for 10 Minutes:
5 Box Jumps, 30/24″
5 Pull-ups

  1. 5 sets of unassisted chin ups
    Then for the WOD, completed all 10 minutes: grey band for pull-ups (for the first time ever!) and 24″ box jumps. One of these days those consistent unassisted kips will come more regularly!! Getting there…. 🙂
