As you all know we are in the hunt for group class coaches, as Morgan heads back to college in less than two weeks.

With that being said, there are a few days that we will have to adjust the group class schedule:

• Fri Sept 1: there is no 4 or 5pm group class – The Chace’s have Christine’s Rehearsal
• Sat Sept 2: there is no 7:30am and 8:30am class – Christine’s Wedding day!

This email should be enough notice to adjust what days you can make it to classes that week! If this completely disrupts your routine, please don’t hesitate to email me back!

Mon Sept 4 (Labor Day):

• 8am and 9:30am class only

Mon Oct 9 (Indigenous People Day):

• 8am and 9:30am class only

Fri Nov 10 (Veteran’s Day observation)

• No 5am class

Thurs Nov 23 (Thanksgiving)

• 8am class only

Mon Dec 25 (Christmas)

• Closed

Fall 1: Tuesday Sept 5 until Saturday October 28, 2023

Monday 5am, 6am, 8am, 930am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm 6pm

Tuesday 6am, 8am, 930am, 4pm, 6pm

Wednesday 5am, 6am, 8am, 12pm, 930am, 4pm, 6pm

Thursday 6am, 8am, 6pm 

Friday 5am, 6am, 8am, 930am, 4pm, 5pm

Saturday 730am, 830am

Changes: the 12pm class is Mon & (new) Wed now…. (no more Tues or Thurs)
