Reminders and Updates

1) There is a patriots game tomorrow, Thursday, at 7:30pm so (a) beware of traffic and (b) if you come to an afternoon class time and cannot get access to our parking out, please park next door at Chace Building Supply.
2) Tuesday September 6, 2011 is the last day to sign up for the summer specials, including the class punch cards!
3) We will be closed Monday September 5, 2011 – hope everyone enjoy’s their Labor Day Weekend

  1. Front Squat: 165lb x 3.
    WOD: 16lb Wall Ball, Kipping Pull-ups, 20″ Box Jump: 11:42min. Slower than last time but I did Jumping pull-ups last time and this time was kipping! woo!
