  1. Workout was done as RX’d: 135# backsquat, 25# weighted push-ups, 25# weighted sit-ups. I got 6 full rounds + 5 BS + 7 Push-ups + 7 Sit-ups. The mile was slow for me so we won’t post that 🙂
