Update – we are cancelling the 4:30pm and 5:30pm CrossFit classes on Monday November 21, 2011 because there is a Patriot’s game that night and the traffic will be crazy! Goal: watch the Patriot’s game and work on a goat during commercials – handstands, l-sit holds, max rep push-ups getting full depth, tabata sit-ups, v-ups; do something!
On a side note – has everyone donated canned goods yet????
