This is a wod from last year’s CrossFit Games Open tryout. There were 6 all together, one introduced per week, performed for point accumulation. The top 50 from each region in the world moved on to regionals. For the next 3 weeks, we are going to implement these in our programming, (not in order). We hope to see some of you register for this year’s open! Good luck!
