Ideally everyone does the workout Friday at one of the class times.
If you know now you cannot be there, you have a chance to do it: Thursday (if you inform one of the coaches ahead of time so there’s a judge there).
or Saturday at 10am. Let’s get some spectators here on this day – it makes it more fun!
There will be a last chance to complete it on Sunday (IF THERE IS DEMAND!)
Reminder: all athletes must submit scores by Sunday at 8pm. You can do a workout twice.
