When we say ‘all levels’, we mean it. Our youngest CrossFit Torque member currently is 13 and our oldest is 78, and while they may be scaling the degree of a workout, they are scaling the kind of exercises. They both will deadlift, squat, jump, pull & push, just with slightly different weights and potentially range of motions.
