Workout:
Handstand Walk to first pole
Broad Jump to second pole
Handstand Walk to third pole
Broad Jump to last pole
Run 800m
Then repeat HS Walk / Burpee Broad Jumps.
If you cannot do a HS walks, sub 4 wall walks
