We are only open from 8:30-11am on MONDAY

Coach Alex has graciously offered some time Monday morning to get “MURPH” done. This will be the only workout offered on Monday May 25 – it’s running, pull-ups, push-ups and squats. 

there will be two heats offered:

Heat 1: Arrive at 8:30am to warm-up, prep for workout. Start time: 8:50am

Heat 2: Arrive at 9:30am to warm-up, prep for workout. Start time: 9:50am.

Closed at 11am.

If you would like to do “MURPH” Saturday – please come at either 7am or 8:40am and leave yourself 70 minutes to get the workout completed (60 min time cap, with time to warm-up).
