Workout: 12 Rounds for Time, with a partner:
5 Hang Power Clean (135/95#),
7 Shoulder-to-Overhead,
9 Burpees.
Break up reps as needed.
Note: Monday May 30 we only are open from 9am-11am for the Hero workout “MURPH”. There will be two heats: 9am, and 10am. Thanks to Coach Alex for being there!
