Dynamic Drive at Torque
Focus on making gains in mobility and dynamic core strength and balance in order to help drive lifting power!
Instruction from a Doctor of Physical Therapy!
Dynamic Drive will use primarily mat based exercises and small props such as bands, blocks, foam rollers to address mobility deficits through dynamic patterns. These dynamic patterns will also challenge core strength and overall balance improving the stable base for all movement. This combination has the overall goal of aiding ease and quality of movement to improve your WOD!
When: June 6, 13, 20 & 27th from 7-8pm.
