When Arianne had to take a break a few years ago we were bummed, so when she reached back out to start up again it was a great day! Arianne works SUPER hard to improve herself when she’s in class. I love being a member of CrossFit Torque.  I love working out with everyone at the gym and having fun in class. My hobbies and favorite things to do would be scuba diving, cookouts, and Halloween season.  I have two boys ages 25 & 21, and my wife and I have 10 animals, 6 dogs and 4 cats. 

What was it about CrossFit Torque that made you want to join?  
The sign you put out front caught my attention!  So I decided to pull in and check it out. I wish I could remember what it said. 

What has kept you coming back to CrossFit Torque day after day?  
I love how inclusive you make the class feel. I’ve been to other gyms that separate their classes based on physical levels and it made me feel like less than I could be. My favorite thing about CrossFit Torque is the coaching and the way CrossFit Torque programs the workouts. 

What is your proudest accomplishment thus far?  
Well it was a few years ago and I have to get there again, but that would be doing the Open for the first time. 

What has been your biggest challenge?  
My form has been my biggest challenge for the snatch moves. 

Do you have a favorite movement?  
Deadlifts are definitely my favorite!

What piece of advice would you give to someone who might be hesitant to start CrossFit but hasn’t yet?  Just start!!! And then keep starting. You will feel accomplished once you get to your first class. 

If you could have a super power, what would it be?  
I think teleportation would be a fun super power, because then you get anywhere in a flash.

I would like to just add that CFT has become something I look forward to every week and I appreciate everyone for being so kind and helpful.
