Mastering the Muscle Up!

Join Coach Michael either this Tuesday at 7pm or Saturday at 10am, where you will learn how to properly apply the false grip to your muscle up! While also building up strength in the position! If you’re close or want to learn how to get on track towards your first muscle up this is the class for you.  The Open is a time for amazing things to happen, and if you take the time to learn the steps and practice who knows how you might surprise yourself!
