Pam walked into Torque back in Sept of 2020 with a few goals: she wanted to feel better, get stronger, lose weight and find something she enjoyed doing! Pam quickly realized how much she loved the group classes here at Torque, but knew she needed more accountability and focus if she wanted to reach her goals.
Pam worked alongside Coach Sara for Personal Training to ensure she had active fitness in her life 5 days a week; incorporated a set time to walk each day; and started to work with our Nutrition Coaching Staff. There is no one size fits all for fat loss, so Pam had to work really hard to figure out what worked best for her lifestyle and goals. The final pieces of the puzzle were focusing in on her environment and having a Coach to support her.
It takes time. It can’t happen overnight. And as you can see, Pam has found the working formula.
