12 Teen Members ages 12-17 working hard on improving their explosive strength and strong landing positions. Each class looks a little different with the same goals: improve the ten physical skills.

Power, Speed, Strength, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility and Accuracy.
