Workout of the Day:
Humans Vs. Zombies!
For Time:
800m Row,
20 Double Unders,
40 Air Squats,
60 Sit Ups,
40 Push Ups,
20 Pull Ups,
400m Row.
Classes will be divided into Humans and Zombies, Humans will start and Zombies will begin 3 Minutes later. The Zombie’s goal is to try to catch the Humans and finish the workout before them. If the Zombie fails to catch a human they must perform 25 Burpee penalty after the workout. If the Zombie catches any Humans, they must perform the penalty.
