- Classes run normally 6-7am, 7-8am, 8-9am, 9-10am and 12-1pm with a set workout of the day.
- Closed at 1pm. There are no afternoon classes today.
Friday Jan 1, 2016 – New Years Day
- Open gym only today from 10am-12pm. Coach is on site but open to work on anything.
Saturday Jan 2, 2016
- Classes run normally 7-8am and 9-10am Adult classes.
- 8:15-9am Kids class – please note new time.
