30 Day Nutrition Challenge

More often than not people tend to focus on omitting foods from their diet and focus on restriction to be successful. 

What if I told you that you could improve your health and feel better by adding things back into your diet?

Summer is coming to an end and now is the perfect time to get back on track and incorporate some healthy habits into our daily routines! 

This challenge will focus on Water, Fruit & Veggies and Protein intake as well as Exercise / Movement. The direct accountability for this challenge lasts for 30 days, but the goal is to create lasting positive changes that will stick around for much longer!

  • Nutrition Seminar Kickoff!! (live and via zoom)
  • 2 Check-ins with Registered Dietitian & Torque Coach Jamie
  • Individualized Goal Setting session
  • Before and after InBody body composition scans
  • Habit Tracking (water, fruit/veg, protein and exercise)
