Workout of the Day:
In 20 minutes, using 155lb / 115#, accumulate as many points as possible using the following:
Snatch = 10 pts
Thruster = 5 pts
Ground to Overhead = 4 pts
Squat Clean = 3 pts
Deadlift = 1 pt
RX’d = 155 / 115#. Level 2 = 135 / 95#. Level 3 = 115 / 75#.

I liked the thruster. The deadlift was good to get some extra points while catching my breath. I found the ground to overhead impossible to do at the same weight as the thruster. 388 points. Fun! Would love to try this one again! And as I was struggling not to mix them all up my fellow crossfitter Kevin called me “dazed and confused” . Payback is a bitch Kev. LOL
