HUGE props and high five to Sylvia who as of 5 weeks ago could not run 50m to the end of the building without stopping….She wanted to improve her stamina so every day for the past few weeks she ran 400m (2 laps) without stopping after each WOD…. Guess how many laps she did today without stopping????
