Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1
Tabata Mashup of:
KB Snatch, 1.5/1pd (4 rds worth of right arm, 4 rds of left, switch arm each new round.)
Push-ups (we know there have been a lot of push-ups this week but it’s a fantastic simple movement to master)
