Have you ever heard of the term “Hangry?”

I know I have!

It is a word used for when someone gets SO hungry they get irritable, moody, angry, and will eat anything in sight until the hunger pains and brain fog go away. 

If we go too long in between meals without eating, skip breakfast or lack consistency in our nutrition then it can lead to those feelings of being ‘hangry.’

Why does this happen?

Typically our blood glucose plummets which in turn leads to feeling irritable, unfocused, shaky, lethargic and overall brain fog. 

Planning is key to make sure this doesn’t happen.
