I Don't Know Where to Start


We’ve survived the first wave of a pandemic. We’ve survived a nationwide quarantine. And we’ve all come out a little different.

What did we learn?

For a lot of us, we realized how important our health is – it’s all we have.

And we aren’t just talking about COVID-19. We’re talking about hoping to never walk into a doctor’s office or hospital for anything else.

So you’ve taken the first step to being as healthy as possible – you’ve decided to do something. You know you want to improve your health, fitness, and nutrition

But now what?


Looking for a nutrition and a fitness plan can feel so incredibly overwhelming. There is just so much out there.

Is your social media feed filled with quick fixes and do it yourself at-home workout plans like ours? If working out at home by yourself was easy, we would’ve all come out of quarantine looking exactly like we wanted to.

But it’s not easy. A simple workout plan won’t cut it. We as humans need to feel motivated, encouraged, supported. As coaches, we want to provide those to you, we want to keep you safe.

We need more than just a nutrition plan. We need a coach to help keep us accountable. Feeling discouraged? Your coach is there to talk you through. Finally break the after dinner binging? Your coach is there to celebrate the success with you!


When you walk into CrossFit Torque, we start with a conversation. We learn about you. What are your goals? What is your past fitness experience? What is working for you with your nutrition, and what do you need help with?

There is no one size fits all approach. It does not exist.

Every person who walks through our doors for the first time has a Coach to help guide them to the right path. And every time you walk into the gym thereafter there will be a coach to guide you through your workout or nutrition journey.

Is personal training the best option to reach your goals? A coach will help you decide.

Are group classes the right fit? A coach will help you determine that.

Do you need nutrition coaching? A coach will help you figure that out.


Walking into the bigger impersonal gym with its rows of treadmills and ellipticals and groups of machines felt overwhelming. Even after learning how to use the machines, it became monotonous; the motivation to go was disappearing.

At CrossFit Torque, you are greeted by a Coach whether it for a group class or personal training session.

No deciding what the workout is; Coach is there to example, and help modify or scale it so the best possible workout can be achieved.
