Dynamic Drive Fall 2017!

Join us for our last Fall Dynamic Drive class this Tuesday, 11/14/17 at 7PM where you can expect to focus on gains in mobility and dynamic core strength and balance in order to help drive lifting power. Dr. Sara Knight will use primarily mat based exercises and small props such as bands, blocks, and foam rollers to address mobility deficits through dynamic patterns. These dynamic patterns will also challenge core strength and overall balance, improving the stable base for all the movement. This combination has the overall goal of aiding ease and quality of movement to improve your workout!
Register today! Each class is $10 cash for CFT members or $15 cash for non-CFT. If you know you can make all four classes, email us! Please bring your own Yoga mat if you own one.
