Memorial Day Schedule Tomorrow

Tomorrow, Monday May 29 the schedule will be limited.

The workout will be “MURPH” and there will only be two heat times offered:

9am-10am
10am-11am

This workout is For time: 1 Mile Run, 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Squats, 1 Mile Run.  Coach Alex will provide scaling options at the box. Please recognize this workout can take upwards of an hour so arrive if not on time, early to warm-up and stretch so you can start your workout right away!
