Getting Comfy & Cozy with Dumbbells!

Time to really focus on the skills needed to master the open! Join Coach Michael each week leading up to the open to fine tune specific skills.  This week will focus on making you more comfortable and explosive with dumbbells, because you know they’ll be making another appearance this year!  A great opportunity to get into the nitty gritty of specific skills and movements.
Choose from Tuesdays at 7pm or Saturdays at 10am! (No Oly Classes the next few Saturdays). First text, first serve. 508-543-1126
