-Trivia Night – tonight at 7:30pm at Red Robin! Lots of fun, come to hang and throw in your two cents!
-Coach A is celebrating her birthday (and any other Torque April babies) Saturday night at Bar Louie if anyone wants to join!

-Sat May 4- we will have a fundraiser workout for those affected by the Marathon Mondays events.
This workout is open to current CrossFit Torque members AND anyone else! The workout can be completed by anyone, non-CrossFit family and friends are encouraged to join in (there will not be any complex movements). Details coming soon, but it will be 26 minutes and 20 seconds long (“26.2”) and it will involve running (of course). It will be a partner workout – partner up with anyone you want – husband, wife, friend, boyfriend/girlfriend, coworker, child, niece nephew, anyone! If you want to sign up and do not have a partner lined up, send Coach Amanda an email at and she will match you up
Minimum donations of $25 will be collected at registration and proceeds will be donated to those in need. (If you want to donate but you do not workout, just let Coach Amanda know!) Spectators are encouraged to come cheer everyone on! (Partners from the same family can do a flat $25 donation if needed.)
There will be 4 heats available: 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am and we are capping each heat at 20 athletes (10 teams) so please make sure to sign up at the same time as your partner. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SIGN UP FOR THE CORRECT HEAT!
