The Workout of the Day:
For time
800m Run
50 KB Swings, 1.5 / 1 pd
50 Box Jumps, 24 / 20″
50 Burpees
800m Run
Post Press weight and WOD time to comments.
This is a chipper. It’s supposed to be a difficult workout, mentally and physically. The point is to try to chip away at the reps, while still maintaining form and technique throughout the workout. Don’t give up. Start chipping.
