I hope everyone is enjoying their Friday. It looks like its going to be a nice day tomorrow. I thought it would be fun if we did a partner workout outside. This will be available to all classes, however I plan on being there around 9-930 to participate. Id love to get as many people involved as possible. I usually don’t let you know ahead of time what it consists of, but I am feeling nice today. So here it is:
For time with a partner:
100 push press, 75/55
100 kb swing, 53/35
100 box jump, 24/20
100 OHS, 75/55
200 double unders / 400 singles
At every 5 minutes, you and your partner must stop working and run 200m together.
Prize: The team with the best time becomes my new best friends.
