Saturday Schedule next 7 weeks

For the next 7 Saturday’s, this will be the following class schedule:

Feb 15 & Feb 22
7am – group class
8am – group class! (no free workout)
9am – group class
Mar 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29
7am – group class
8am – For those participating in the Reebok CrossFit Open -this will be a time to make up the workout from the day before/Friday – this is the ONLY workout allowed during 8 and 9am – for those who are officially signed up for the Open.
9am – group class
people working out in a group fitness class
