Our A2A Camp is a six week challenge for all fitness levels – BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME!! The boot camp will include:
- FUN! Everyone leaves with a smile on their face!
- Two workouts each week based around functional training and including core work & cardiovascular exercise.
- Small group setting where we will utilize partner & team exercises.
- Expert coaching from elite Torque coaches!
